Ronald Reagan was the 40th President of the United States, serving two terms from 1981-1989. Prior to his presidency, he was an actor and the 33rd Governor of California from 1967-1975. He is most famous for his contributions to international peace and ending the Cold War before the end of his presidency, in addition to his economic policies called “Reaganomics”. He died in 2004 from Alzheimer’s Disease at the age of 93.
