Item Description

Larry Hill '49 offers a seven night lodging any time, but especially for either winter skiing or summer holiday at Breckenridge in the beautiful Ten Mile Valley among the Rocky Mountains in Summit County, Colo.  This is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium (limited to 8 persons, no children under 8 y.o.) with complete kitchen facilities, free shuttle to town and to the slopes.  The colorful majestic view of the entire Ten Mile Range is magnificent, especially at sunset.  Backpacking treks, day hiking and mountain climbing are just outside the door.

The first picture shown is the view from the condo's deck!

Dates can be arranged throughout the year and can easily be coordinated to the Film Festival, Symphony, International Ice Sculptures, drama theater, Annual Craft Show, Octoberfest, etc. Breckenridge is well known for family entertainment, shopping, numerous fine art galleries, excellent and reasonable restaurants.

Gold mine tour, rafting, trout fishing, jeep mountain trail tours, horseback, cross-country skiing, paved or trail cycling, historical tours, Ski-doo tours, hay rides and western cook-out are readily available by separate arrangements.

Tickets and fees for these entertainments, air travel and transportation (rented car or commercial van shuttle) from Denver airport are NOT included in the offered lodging.

This unit is located above 10,000 ft and this altitude can bother some people, which is quite unpredictable. The possibility can be discussed with the winner in detail.
