Item Description
Two, one hour coaching sessions via Skype or phone. I promise to listen carefully to fully understand your career concerns and beliefs. By asking powerful question, I will provide you with substantive feedback on a topic of your choice. Examples of common topics explored include:
- You need to find out why you are blocked in your career. If that is the case, in these two sessions we work to unlock those blocks by exploring such development needs as communication, interpersonal skills, lack of clarity, limiting beliefs, incomplete awareness of your marketable skills, or perhaps your lack of purpose.
- You are looking for more than “just a job.” If that is what you want to discuss, then we can begin to discover your true passions and purpose that will guide your decisions and empower you to choose the work you love.
- You want to strengthen your ability to deal with conflict or to learn to work with a difficult person. By using a strengths-based approach, I will give you some tools to use immediately to boost your assertiveness abilities and communication style.
The sessions will be held via telephone or Skype one time a week for two weeks on days and times that work with your schedule
