For over 70 years the Felix Katnip Tree Company, using only the finest materials available in the United States, has handcrafted the best scratching posts for a healthy and happy cat. Their biggest seller, the large Felix Katnip Tree stands 28" high, giving your cat extended surface to scratch and exercise on. The base is made of heavy wood material and is 16" square.
These trees are made to be as close to what your cat would find in nature. The Felix Katnip Tree Co. starts with a solid natural wood post, implants all natural organic catnip into the wood, and covers the post with 100% natural hemp fiber sisal. All products are handmade and not pre-assembled. The sisal covering will last many times longer than carpet and will give greater economy over time. Replacements posts are available through the website.

This product will ship directly from the donor as soon as possible; it should ship within 5-7 days of auction close-out. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: The tree requires minimal assembly and comes with a metal wedge piece and no instructions on where to put it. This gets hammered into the underside of the base, where crosshairs are already pre-cut. If in doubt, contact Felix Katnip Tree for further instruction. It's a critical piece, so do not throw it out.
