There is no hotel or private home that can compare to what we have here for your overnight stay.

Offer is valid during off-season weekends in late September, October and November, January, February or March. The dates are subject to availability and will be agreed upon between the owner and the successful bidder. Maximum of 10 adults allowed.

The house is an upside down house where the great room, dining, living and master soar 30-feet above the ground to maximize the gorgeous landscape. The kitchen is also on the top floor where you are fortunate enough to be looking out at the gorgeous views while making your favorite recipes. Have a spa week and start with the exercise room, take a hike or run, do yoga or snow shoe on the surrounding 100 acres of nature preserves. Get a massage with your own personal masseuse out at the pool. Unwind in your heated Jacuzzi tub or sauna followed by a steam shower in your master bathroom looking out to the water.

Do you love to cook? Grab a cookbook or take private cooking lessons in this gourmet kitchen including 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and much more! The North Fork is known for it's Vineyards and most recently, Breweries, too. You can take a tour and visit some of the gorgeous tasting rooms while sampling the local wines and beer. Why not stay at home and have a wine tasting dinner catered by your own private chef? If the stress of work and the city is getting to you, take a bus or train out. We'll pick you up, deliver you to the house and have the house stocked with your favorite things. Thinking of getting away for the holidays? You can cut your own tree at Santa's Christmas Tree Farm a short drive away. Bring in the New Year in style. There is no better place to have your family together. Kick off your shoes and relax by one of three fireplaces and watch all the football games on any of the nine televisions. Are you someone who can work from home? Why not do this in your own private office filled with antiques, your own fireplace and surrounded by gorgeous views of the water and nature. The work- out room features an elliptical machine, full weight system, bike and treadmill with satellite television.

Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. The Property has it's own boat basin and a mooring at the end of the basin for your boat that are available for rent locally. Kayaks are available for rent less than a mile away. House has room for RV, boat and trailer.

Golf Course Front : We have a professional 3 hole putting green on the property for those of you who love to play and practice. Also, there are public courses near by.

Item Special Note

Successful winner must provide the owner a security deposit of $500. This is separate from the auction price and must be arranged with the owner prior to occupancy of the home. House must be left clean in order to get the security deposit back, or they have the option of paying the cleaning service fee of $300. Any parties held that time are subject to discussion with agreed upon extra services and fees. Family pets are welcome if discussed in advance.

If item cannot be picked up in person, bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via FedEx and billed at standard industry rates.
