A private health club with state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment — limited membership means no wait and no lines
Small classes in Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Tabata, Circuit Training, and More-- No more than 12 people per class
Small Group Training – for compatible groups of 4 to 6 clients
Personal Training — dedicated training rooms for privacy plus the option of individual or group sessions (3 person maximum)
Locker room with showers — great for before work or lunchtime work outs
Goal Oriented Training for Fitness and Weight Loss. This is training by the month, 3 sessions per week, from $249.
