Isaac Pelepko is a contemporary figurative narrative artist. Isaac was classically trained at the Art Students League and New York Academy of Art. He studied with such artist as Costa Vavagiakis, Dan Thompson, Edward Schmidt, John Wellington and Steven Assael. Isaac's work can be divided into two categories. The satirical narrative works deal with such themes as romantic love, human civilization, violence and sexual politics. The other body of work deals with the figure and is mainly about light, the tactility of form, atmosphere of interior and surface build up in a finished work. He currently lives and works in New York City.
