Item Description
Haircuts are performed by extensively trained stylists. To achieve a position on the floor of Elle Lui, a two-year apprenticeship program must be completed that consists of vigorous hours of hands-on training with our Artistic Director who is highly educated and experienced in various techniques of men and women's haircutting. This includes all hair textures and methods of wet and dry cutting.

The Salon is located in the CITY205 building which was recognized by the City of Santa Rosa for Neighborhood Enrichment and received a Merit Award to help rebuild the historic area of Railroad Square. With 30 employees, Elle Lui is a "training salon" with an Assistant Training Program - all current and future stylists begin their career at Elle Lui working through a 2-year intensive cutting curriculum instructed by Artistic Director, Shireen Samii and coloring curriculum by the certified master hair colorists. Teamwork is our approach to satisfying all our clients needs and expectations. We have (3) colorists who are certified by The American Board of Certified Master Hair Colorists (ABCMH). Other awards we have won: Hair Color USA, Vidal Sassoon New Talent Awards (2), Vidal Sassoon Hairdresser of the Year, Wella Trend Vision and others... Named Bohemian's Best Hair Salon for five consecutive years and in the 2009 Best of the North Bay???, Elle Lui is the definitive beauty authority in the Wine Country.
