Item Description
This piece of art is an exquisitely framed antique tile made by Old Bridge Tile, of Old Bridge, New Jersey, circa 1900. The tile itself measures 4.25" by 6" and is in shades of deep burgundy and mauve, glazed to perfection. The mat is a lovely mauve suede, and the frame has a bamboo motif with a rope-like inner border. The frame is in shades of antiqued silver with mauve highlights and measures 10.75" h by 12.5" wide.
This is a unique piece which would feature prominently in both a traditional or contemporary decor.
Artifacts Gallery was featured recently in the Trenton Times.
