Item Description
Four special bottles of wine from The Palumbo Family who have just moved here from Australia!
- Jansz Tasmania Premium NV Cuvée comprises 58% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and the remaining 2% Pinot Meunier. Combined they produce a wine with citrusy primary length and balanced acidity.
- Henschke Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 Euphonium, from Barossa Valley, South Australia is very deep crimson in color. Sweet lifted aromas of blackberries, plums, cassis and mulberries with hints of anise, cedar and vanilla. Ripe sweet blackberry fruits on the lush, layered palate; complex, with velvety tannins, great concentration long and silky.
- Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc 2010 from Adelaide Hills, South Australia - A benchmark for Australian Sauvignon Blanc. Unwooded to maximise varietal punch. Fresh and zippy with pronounced “pink grapefruit” characters. Ripe middle palate finishing with racy acidity.
- Turkey Flat Rose from Barossa Valley South Australia - Alluring pink/salmon in colour the 2011 Rose is fresh and vibrant with uplifted aromas of raspberry, watermelon and cherry which deliver succulently on the palate with refreshing flavour and crisp, lively acidity.
