Relax during your one week stay in this charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage halfway up the west side of Cayuga Lake, located near Cornell University. Located one house from the lake, have your coffee on the porch while viewing the lake. There’s shopping in downtown Ithaca, scenic parks and wonderful wineries to visit. While there, walk to the lake and take a quick swim, launch your boat from the public boat launch at the end of the street or enjoy a nap.

Make sure to bring your gourmet wine basket too which includes a bottle of red and white wine, two wine classes, coasters, designer cocktail napkins, a decorative wine stopper, and an Emerson automatic wine opener.

Black out dates the week of May 5 and the last two weeks of August. Dates will be determined between the owner and successful bidder. Arrangements for a $500 security deposit must be made prior to occupying the cottage.
