Escape from the hustle and bustle of city living to Red Hill Farm, located at the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia Our Lady of Angels Convent in Aston, PA.  Even the true urbanite is sure to enjoy this one week stay at the organic Community Supported Agriculture Farm, You will learn about organic farming and help with farm chores during the week.  Housing and meals will be provided, and you are welcome to take free organic vegetables with you when you leave.

Red Hill Farm, owned by the Sisters of Saint Francis of Philadelphia, is located on 183 acres of woodlands and meadows, some of the last undeveloped land of Delaware County. The farm is one of the sisters’ many environmental initiatives. Red Hill Farm is a six-acre farm in its 13th year of production. It provides food for 150 members as well as for the Sisters of St. Francis. 


Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) allows community members to connect with a local farm and support their local food economy. Members purchase a farm share and in return receive a weekly supply of fresh produce picked at the peak of ripeness and flavor for the duration of the growing season.
