Item Description
College is expensive, whoever you are and however you look at it! Cut your college costs and learn how to maximise college financial aid with the guidance of an expert.
For high-income parents as well as lower-income families, there are ways to reduce your college costs.
A Certified College Financial Planning Specialist and investment advisor (who is also a Lab parent) will review and provide guidance for your financial road to college.
This includes advice on how to maximize the amount of financial aid available, how to use the tax code in your favor, and the best ways to save, as well as filling out the FAFSA form for you.
The bottom line: The college financial system is like the tax code - broken, patchy and often not fair. Just as a CPA can help you pay the least in taxes, I can help you find the best ways to minimize college costs.
Item Special Note

The donation would include about five hours of work, including two one-hour meetings with the parents: one meeting at the beginning to determine the status of your financial life and the college aspirations of your child; the second meeting to present my findings and strategies. About three hours are allotted for planning, research and filling out the FAFSA and private college forms.
