The one bedroom suites consist of a bedroom with either a king sized, queen sized or two double beds. They have a separate living room with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed (comfortable enough for a child), two televisions, a dining area, an executive kitchenette (no gas stove), and in most cases, a balcony.

The Clipper City is the largest United States Coast Guard–certified sailing vessel in the United States. It is an exact reconstruction of a historic ship built in 1854 using original plans loaned from the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.

SAIL:

• Sail certificate for two (separate from hotel) expires Oct 14, 2012.
• Public cruise; reservations required one week in advance.
• Must be used on or before October 14th, 2012.
• Departure Location: South Street Seaport / Pier 17 / East River.
• Departure Times: Daily, 90 minute cruise 2:15pm, 4:30pm.
• All weather cancellations are at the discretion of the captain.
