It provides plenty of sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests. This 3.5 bath, 2100 square foot 4 bedroom home offers a tri-level floor plan with plenty of gathering space as well as areas of privacy. The spacious main level centers around a large, fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the living room where plenty of seating is available along with a stereo and large flat screen TV situated above the gas fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level, including the master, all outfitted with queen-size beds. The master has its own attached large bathroom featuring his/her was basins, bathtub, and walk-in tile shower. It also has a TV/DVD combo so you can watch your favorite movie in comfort. Soak those sore muscles in the private HOT TUB located on the back balcomy off the master bedroom. Downstairs you will find a second living room area, with a pull-out sectional sofa, futon, large flat screen TV above a gas fireplace andDVD player. The fourth bedroom, with a twin over full bunk bed is adjacent to the living area. Board games and books are available here for your enjoyment, making this the perfect kid zone. Also dowstairs is the washer/dryer and the third full bathroom. Park your vehicles in the 2-car garage. There is also a charcoal grill available for your use. A block away is the Bear Hollow Village park and clubhouse, including a fitness room, plasma TV, fireplace, computer with high speed internet access, locker-rooms, and a community pool with a very large hot tub. Pool is only open during the summer months.
