VACCARO + FISHER LLC is a Los Angeles interior design firm known for giving a modern spin to traditional design.  Offering personal attention, practical solutions, and collaborative creativity, VACCARO + FISHER brings innovation and great style to your project.

This certificate entitles the bearer to two hours of interior design time*. 

Services are available for residential or commercial work:

         • color consultation for interior or exterior paint colors (includes paint chips and instructions);

         • design consultation (advice on floor plans, design style, furniture or accessories); or

         • green living consultation (identifies options for incorporating sustainable building and design practices).

• Redemption of these services are limited to the Los Angeles area.  This gift certificate expires February 28, 2013.

Item Special Note

Recently featured in Luxury Homes Quarterly, Fisher's portfolio includes a variety of residential interior design projects in the metropolitan New York City area, Colorado, Vermont, and California.  Prior to this, Fisher held executive positions in finance, strategic planning, and business development for ESPN, Warner Communications, WNET, and Madison Square Garden Corporation. This led to an opportunity to plan the renovation of Madison Square Garden where as Vice President she oversaw the $250 million project. 

Fisher, who has bachelors’ degrees in literature and art history and a master’s degree from Syracuse University, is a certified California Interior Designer and holds the LEED AP BD+C (building design and construction) accreditation. 

Joan Vaccaro brings an impressive history of firm and design management.  Vaccaro was vice president of two national architectural firms and Director of Interior Architecture for the third.  Her commercial design projects include office buildings, law firms, medical and scientific laboratories, retail and trade showrooms, among other professional spaces.  Vaccaro started her own firm in 2006.  During the past four years, she has worked with WestEd (an educational research and development company), LACCD (the construction consortium for the nine community colleges), Chevron on their Richmond Foundry Emergency Operations Center, Otis Spunkmeyer on their test kitchen facilities, as well as other projects.

Vaccaro attended Duke University and received her design degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She holds a NCIDQ accreditation and is certified in California as an Interior Designer.
