There is formal and informal dining area, formal living room and a comfortable family room complete with a 42" flat screen TV. The first floor private den has a queen sleep sofa for your convenience. This resort home features a very large well-equipped kitchen, including gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. There is also an extra beverage refrigerator in the garage as well. Air conditioned, with private garage and full size washer and dryer too. The outside space is just as gorgeous as the inside in this home. It features a generous size screened in porch, open air deck and a large bricked terrace which overlooks the pond and golf course. The deck is also home to a gas grill and outdoor rib smoker for those serious barbequers. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. Sleeps 12.
