Item Description

Be one of the first to try this new addition to Old Towne Pasadena! $100 dinner value for FOUR.  The Market on Holly, conceived by musical composer Marty Davich and caterer Mary Pat Brandmeyer.

Dinner Menu:

Salmon with Chinese Black Bean Relish, sides and dessert.

Old Town residents can expect a beautifully designed space  that will be open daily from 7AM-7PM serving breakfast and lunch, in addition to grab and go salad, sides, and entrees. Sample dishes include chutney and chicken salad with walnuts and dried cranberries; salmon with Chinese black bean sauce; chicken sandwiches with roasted red pepper chutney, feta cheese, kalamata olives and basil garlic mayonnaise; and pork sandwiches with celery slaw. Owners were able to acquire a liquor license, so anticipate wine and beer on offer as well.

As for the market, it will stock farm fresh eggs and produce, cheeses, pastries, artisanal pastas, D.O.P. olive oils from Italy, Rancho Gordo beans, plus jams from a producer in San Gabriel Valley. The coffee of choice? Stumptown out of Portland. For those driving over to take care of grocery shopping, The Market will offer free 90-minute parking at the structure located on Raymond Avenue, between Holly and Walnut Streets.
