Artist’s Bio
As an international student, Jean Vezzalini obtained in 2006 a Bachelor Degree in English Literature and in 2010, she graduated with a Master in Communication Studies, both from CSUSB. Jean, who is a watercolor, acrylic and oil painter, has had two solo exhibitions of her work on the Garrow Gallery Wall at COD and also exhibited her work at the Walter N. Marks Center Of The Arts.
“Opera In The Park” was awarded 1st Prize for best representation of Theme at the Desert Regional Medical Center’s Education. “Typically Jam” was recognized by the commission with an honorable mention at the 10th Annual Juried Art Show Sponsored by the Palm Springs Public Arts Commission. In 2009, “Jenial” was recognized First in Category Acrylic at the City of Palm Springs 11th Annual Juried Art Show.
Jean lives between Italy and Rancho Mirage where she continues to make art.
