Item Description
A wooden, apple shaped standing bowl. The rim of this charming bowl takes the form of an apple with a stem and leaf at the top. The bottom of the bowl collapses in on itself in a spiraling coil manner that retains the apple shape, coming to a small cup at the bottom. Measuring about 2.5” deep, it is shallow, but has an approximately 10” diameter. It is supported by three peg legs. The wood is cut to see the grain, forming lovely patterns on each collapsible layer. Stained a deep brown, the surface is inlaid with gold etchings of vines around the border. This piece would look great on your counter as a perfectly sized and thematically appropriate fruit bowl!
