A top of the line topical anesthetic is used to maximize reducing any if at all discomfort. Most clients can return back to work right after the procedure. The skin heals after 4 to 6 days and the color settles after around 21 days.
Eyeliner is the easiest way to enhance the beauty of the eyes. It will only take a few minutes to assess your eye shape and discuss your width and color preference. Whether you want liner on just the top or both the top and bottom is entirely up to you. Subtle and natural or Smouldering and Dramatic can be done at Sheila Bella.
