Item Description
Although Bobby Riggs is best known for his two Battle of the Sexes in early 1970s, he was actually the number one player in 1941, 1946, and 1947. It's sometimes forgotten that in the late thirties and early forties, he was the number one tennis player in the world. His autobiography begins with the first battle of the sexes, which he won against Margaret Court. An enjoyable read, informative and amusing.
