Item Description
Mike McCall's delicate and gorgeous butterfly was tied on a Mustad 94720 size #4 streamer hook. Body is yellow and red Chinese silk thead and fine oval silver tinsel with black fur dubbing and olive in front. Wings are lavender swan feathers with yellow and blue swan on tips and jungle cock for eyes. Legs are Spey Hackle, fluorescent purple. Antennas out of Macaw feathers, blue and yellow. Head tied with red thread.
Mike created this beautiful display box in memory of his mother, Margaret McCall, who died of breast cancer in 2008.
