Item Description
A beautiful silk Hermes Provence scarf, previously owned but never worn, in like-new condition. The scarf features a Mediterranean mosaic pattern with an oceanic theme, based of an original 1956 design. In the center it says PROVENCE in tiled gold letter above the image of a crest bearing the fleur de lis flanked by two mermen. The lower portion of the scarf shows a mosaic sea scene with waves, a ship and a fish, with HERMES stamped in the same tiled font as above. A solid sea foam green border surrounds the design. The color palette features varying shades of fold, beige, teal, grey, and burnt sienna.
