She brings to the stage a wealth of experience as a published author, motivational speaker, poet, spoken word artist, singer, producer, director, actor, dancer, choreographer, and is well-known as a healer in the field of movement/massage therapy.
The Oracle focuses on "holding the mirror of life, that you may see the truth." She makes people feel good about themselves. Perhaps she does not always say what people want to hear, but she always says what they need to hear. She says, "My words ultimately point out the good and positive aspects of who [people] are. It's amazing how difficult people find it to say nice things about themselves." Denise L. Cook, The Oracle, is currently the owner/operator of ORACLE Publishing, a small press publishing company publishing programs, booklets, and newsletters. She also serves as a consultant to other authors seeking to self-publish.
