"OUR VISION is to create a relaxed and professional environment, ideal for learning the timeless work of Joseph Pilates. Decades ahead of his time, Joseph designed a workout to tone the muscles, elongate and strengthen the spine, as well as invigorate the mind, body and spirit."

Private sessions are on the Reformer and the Cadillac. New clients only, Private session by appointment. Mat Classes are Mondays @ 7pm and Thurs. @ 6pm.

Located in El Segundo.
