Item Description
Dinner for Four in the Kitchen Dining Room at VOLT in Frederick, MD along with a Carey International Chauffeured Vehicle for the evening.
Chef Bryan Voltaggio will prepare seven courses of seasonal dishes complemented by Sommelier Jill Zimorski's selections from the VOLT cellar.
Befitting the warm and elegant setting of the restaurant, Chef Voltaggio delivers modern American cuisine, creating a menu that focuses on classic flavor combinations while creating sophisticated dishes that emphasize purity and seasonal flavors.
Frederick is within 100 miles of many artisan farmers and ranchers, guaranteeing the freshness needed to properly execute the menu. Developing the menu is driven by the changing seasons and produce is featured at the peak of its harvest.
Local suppliers are individually sourced to provide a range of ingredients - distinct cheeses, dry-aged beef and free-range poultry. Fish, game and aged cuts of beef and lamb are procured from only top-notch purveyors. Through thoughtful choices in ingredients the chef becomes engaged in more than creating a great dining experience, but in supporting outstanding local agriculture.
Warm, knowledgeable service combined with soaring culinary expression will enliven every palate.
Item Special Note
Door to door car service by Carey -- to insure you arrive and return home safely, Carey International Chauffeured Transportation Services will be provided to and from the restaurant (within 100 miles of Frederick). Your entire party can fully enjoy a special evening at VOLT!
