What is moJo?
moJo is cold brewed liquid love, a New Orleans-style cold coffee drink. A potent, magical elixir, some call it "happy juice". Others refer to it as "rocket fuel". No matter what your pet name for it is, it'll definitely get your motor running and put a smile on your face.
How was moJo born and why is it different?
In New Orleans, we take our food and drink very seriously, even our coffee. We choose to cold-brew our coffee. We know that brewing coffee with hot water releases the acids from the coffee beans and can make coffee bitter, cold water brewing does not. Cold brewed coffee has been shown to be 67% less acidic than coffee brewed using hot water. In addition to being less acidic, the 12 hour cold brewing process brings out the full complex flavors inherent in the coffee beans. Cold brewed coffee is bold, robust and chock full of authentic flavors. When I left my beloved hometown (NOLA) and settled in the Northeast, it became apparent to me that cold-brewing coffee was mostly unheard of in New England. Every time I shared my “home brewed” cold coffee with friends, they raved about it. Most had said they hadn’t tasted anything similar. Or nearly as flavorful. It occurred to me that cold-brewed coffee was truly a regional craft...utilized only by those in the know, or those who value taste over process. I tested that theory by sharing the love. I started selling my cold-brewed moJo at local music and art festivals. I was increasingly motivated and inspired to continue as the feedback from my buyers was extraordinary. All raved, many came back for more, stating it was the best (and most unique) iced coffee they had ever tried. Recognizing that my recipe for my hand-blended cold coffee was unique (and was creating a real buzz), I launched moJo Cold Brewed Coffee, LLC and moJo was officially born.
moJo all natural ingredients include coffee, spring water, reduced-fat milk, pure cane sugar and love.

Can be pre-ordered in any form (ie: half gallons delivered twice a month, quarts weekly or one gallon per month) depending on varying schedule/needs throughout the year. Gallon jugs (approx 16 servings per jug) are ideal for tailgates, hostess gifts when visiting friends or for parties. Could even choose to order the bulk during the warmer months, less in the winter. Whatever works best for you and your needs.
