(Phèdre), The Globe Theatre’s Measure for Measure, Daniel Kramer’s Woyzeck, Antony’s Turning, Mabou Mines' Dollhouse, Lou Reed’s Berlin, Cynthia Hopkins’ Accidental Trilogy, Les Freres Corbusier’s Hell House, Druid's The Walworth Farce and The New Electric Ballroom, TR Warszawa's Macbeth, The National Theatre of Scotland’s Black Watch, and Kneehigh Theatre’s Brief Encounter.

Wild Rise

Dinner for two at Wild Rise, Dumbo's home for gloriously authentic Neapolitan pizza! This unique pizza combines cutting edge culinary techniques with artisanal ingredients. From raw ingredients to finished pizza crust, Wild Rise dough undergoes a 2-3 day journey of elaborate mixing procedures, precise temperature control, and careful handling. An Italian-sourced Wild Yeast gives this pizza it's singular flavor. Fresh Bufala mozzarella imported from Campania, Mount Vesuvius-grown tomatoes, hardneck garlic, and house-cut pepperoni add to the uniqueness of Wild Rise Pizza.

"What makes this pizza is the yeast. Made from wild yeast culture shipped from Italy bucking and snorting, it yields a springy, invigorating crust, with flavors galloping from its winey, nutty golden puffed edges to its chocolaty, espresso-bitter char. Chewing on it, you feel bouncy yourself. When the pizzaiolo times the pie precisely, at about a minute a piece, it’s not only delicious, but also a whole lot of fun." (Betsy Andrews, New York Times).
