Colorado native Colette Brooks creates representational oil and water media paintings of European architecture, Colorado landscapes and animals. She has participated in several art festivals throughout Colorado and is in several galleries, including the Roxborough Art Gallery. Her mask, Brother Wolf represents the wolf's lingering stare which has been likened to the human gaze and is why Native Americans refer to this animal as Brother Wolf.
