Robert Moses' Kin is a critically praised American contemporary dance company known for their artistic and choreographic innovation. Described as "elegantly hip" by the San Francisco Chronicle, the diverse eleven-member company employs eclectic movement vocabulary, demanding choreography, ferocious dancing, and provocative themes. Robert Moses’ Kin is one of the most prolific and exciting new contemporary dance companies to emerge nationally in the past decade.

ABOUT THE LUCKMAN FINE ARTS COMPLEX:
Adjacent to Alhambra and Monterey Park, just 5 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, the Luckman Fine Arts Complex at California State University, Los Angeles stands at the gateway to the San Gabriel Valley. Patrons experience music, dance, theatre, visual arts, and film in a lovely, relaxing setting, easily accessible from the 10 and 710 freeways, or from the Pasadena area via surface streets. The Luckman Theatre, home of the critically acclaimed Luckman Jazz Orchestra, seats 1,152, and features one of the largest stages in Los Angeles. Contemporary art exhibitions in the Luckman Gallery have garnered national and international press attention. A small amphitheatre provides a stage area for concerts, catered receptions, and dancing on the Street of the Arts. The final component, the Intimate Theatre, a modular 300-seat theatre, had its inaugural performance on November 18, 2004.

Tickets can be mailed or picked upat the Lineage Dance Performing Arts Center in Old Town Pasadena (89 South Fair Oaks Ave.) on Thursday April 26, 2012 between the hours of 5-9pm or on Friday April 27, 2012 between the hours of noon-3pm.
