Terms & Conditions: Accommodations and All Inclusive for four; Travel any time within 12 months of purchase upon mutually agreeable dates; If unable to travel within the required 12 month period, the vacation can be extended for another 12 months at same value for a small extension fee; There are no black out dates; short five minute walk to beach; kitchen; access to exclusive VIP World facilities including two private parties; free airport transfers. Vacations are non-refundable. They can be transferred to another individual or organization for a transfer fee. The vacation can also be exchanged for another destination based on availability for an exchange fee. If the vacationer is unable to complete the vacation within the required 12 months from date of purchase, the vacation can also be extended for a maximum of another 12 months for a nominal extension fee.
