From artist Angela Maria de Herrera comes "Festivad Andrino". 16 x 20 canvas on acrylic.
Biography: Angela Maria de Herrera was born in Lima, Peru of an illustrious Spanish ancestry. She started her artistic career in Europe, where she met and was inspired by the great Pablo Picasso. While studying painting in Paris, she also worked as Art Co-ordinator for the Cultural Attache of Peru in France. The intense beauty of her elaborate compositions, show a magic world of emerald trees, turquoise skies and ruby flowers. DeHerrera had several exhibits of her art work in New York at the Circle74 Gallery, at The Artist's Showroom, and at the Ivey Gallery in Los Angeles, as well as, private showings to help raise funds for charitable organizations.
The Los Encinos children get to enjoy Angela's paintings every year when we celebrate "Dia de los Muertos".

WInner may pick up painting at Los Encinos School after May 7, 2012 or request that painting be shipped. Winner will be responsible for shipping method and charges.
