This package contains cooking lessons from The New Orleans Cooking Experience & The New Orleans School of Cooking, a one year "Friends & Family" membership to the Southern Food & Beverage Museum, and a collection of pottery from the city's finest potters: Potsalot, Shadyside & Byrdie's Pottery.
- New Orleans Cooking Experience: Certificate entitles the winner to a cooking class for two and fine dining. NOCE offers small, highly personalized classes focusing on authentic Creole cuisine. Classes conclude with a seated dinner, including a multi-course meal, wines & other beverages. Reservations must be made in advance by calling the number on the certificate. Certificate is valued at approximately $300 and expires on 5/31/13.
- The New Orleans School of Cooking: Gift certificate for two people to attend one morning or afternoon deomonstration cooking class. Fun is the primary ingredient in their kitchen! Cajun/Creole experts will teach New Orleans specialty dishes and season them with history, humor & tall tales. Full meal and recipes of the demonstrated dish are included. Reservations must be made in advance by calling the number on the certificate. Certificate is valued at approximately $58 and expires in April of 2017.
- Your "Friends & Family" membership to the Southern Food & Beverage Museum is good for one year and will allow up to four people to visit the museum at a time. Most special events are either free or available at a reduced rate, and you also receive a 10% discount in the museum gift shop.
- One set of three nesting bowls hand-thrown by Heather Lane of Byrdie's Pottery Studio
- One 9" hand-thrown bowl by Charlie Bohn of Shadyside Pottery.
- One tabletop wine cooler hand-thrown by Alex Williams of Potsalot Pottery.
