Alaska's Boardwalk Lodge is pleased to donate a 4-night/3-day trip to the Lodge for the 2012 or 2013 Resort Season. The value of the trip for ONE is approximately $5,300. Or, the length of the trip may be increased with the value of each additional night/day combination increasing by $700.

Alaska's Boardwalk Lodge is located in the lush rainforest of Prince of Wales Island, just 35 minutes from Ketchikan in Southeast Alaska. The lodge offers the best of both worlds: exceptional saltwater fishing and fly fishing. Our Orvis-endorsed guides lead daily freshwater excursions with your choice of 23 lakes, rivers, and streams nearby. U.S. Coast Guard-certified skippers charter our 28-foot fishing boats for saltwater adventures — targeting halibut, king salmon, silver salmon, and several other species.

Item Special Note

1. Winner must be willing to share a cabin cruiser with 2 or 3 other anglers.

2. A longer trip is available for an additional $700 per day per angler excluding winner.

3. Winner may bring a non-fishing guest at a 20% discount from the retail price of the trip. There are plenty of activities for non-fishing guests at Boardwalk.

4. Should additional friends choose to join the winner, the others will receive a special discount from the retail price of the trip.

TRIP INCLUSIONS

1. Lodging at this premier, award-winning Alaskan Resort

2. All meals and beverages, including soft drinks, beer, and house dinner wines

3. Fully guided service on both fresh and saltwater fishing

4. Fully guided service on all other regular Lodge activities including, but not limited to, hiking, biking, sea kayaking, nature viewing, beach combing, caving, and bear observatory.

5. All hunts are non-guided.

TRIP EXCLUSIONS

1. Airline fees to and from Ketchikan, Alaska

2. Floatplane fees to and from the lodge beginning at Ketchikan (we will set this up for the guest, but will bill the guest for this expense)

3. Liquor products with the exception of those listed above under Trip Inclusions

4. Fishing licenses and tags.

5. Gratuities – though not required, if service is appropriate, a 15– 20% gratuity to guides and other staff members based on retail value would be appreciated from all in the party, including the winning auction bidder.

Reservations may be made any time prior to the trip, but for best space availability it is suggested that reservations be made early. Reservations must include payment of floatplane fees and licenses for the winner and a down payment of $1,000 by each of the Winner’s accompanying guests.
