Recipients should advise the reservations agent that they are using The Ritz-Carlton Royal Prestige Award and that the agent should reference Rate Program RPIA. Recipients will be asked to guarantee their reservation with a credit card.

1) This Award is valid at The Ritz-Carlton - Hotel Arts Barcelona.

2) Awards may not be valid where restricted by law.

3) Guest must present and surrender the Award at check-in.

4) This Award may be used to pay for the expense of a standard guest room, American breakfast for two and the related taxes and gratuity, and not to pay for other food, beverage, parking, non-room related service charges, resort fees, gratuities, other taxes or other incidental expenses of any kind.

5) This Award is good for one guest room for the number of nights as shown on the front of this Award.

6) This Award is issued by and is the property of MI Fulfillment Services, LLC. This Award is valid at participating Ritz-Carlton hotels operated by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC (Excluding The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, A Four Seasons Hotel.)

7) Awards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.

8) Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of this Award is the recipient’s responsibility. This Award cannot be used for/towards convention, catering, group and/or tour programs overnight stays.

9) Length of stay restrictions may apply.

10) Awards are redeemable based upon general sale availability.

Air Travel: Two American Airlines Flight Certificates are included with this package or recipients may select an air travel gift card in lieu of these Flight Certificates.

Flight Certificates: Two American Airlines Flight Certificates that may be redeemed for air travel anywhere American Airlines flies to Europe. AAdvantage miles do not accrue when using these Economy Class Flight Certificates and miles cannot be utilized to upgrade to a higher level of service. These Flight Certificates have a one-year expiration date from the date issued and all ticketing is subject to availability. Travel must include a Saturday night stay and a minimum 21 day advanced booking is required. Flight Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All air travel related taxes, fees and surcharges (if any) are the responsibility of the traveler.

Air Travel Gift Card: Travelers may choose either an $1,800 American Airlines gift card or a $1,600 American Express gift card toward the cost of round trip airfare including airport taxes, fees and surcharges (if any) up to the total value of the gift card. These gift cards are not subject to any restricted dates of travel and may be used toward the purchase of air travel in any class of service. Credit card points and/or airline miles may be used (for service class upgrades, baggage fees, peak travel periods, etc.) with the gift card according to the terms of those programs. These gift cards never expire, and have no service, maintenance or other fees. Travelers are responsible for air travel costs in excess of the gift card value.
