A three-night stay for two people, with breakfast included, in a Cocos Room at the Harmony Hotel. Also included: one yoga class per person per stay; Green-living Tour.

To that end, the Healing Centre has been designed as a place of restoration, nurturing and peace. Harmony offers massage, yoga, meditation and a contemplative, supportive environment in which to embrace life – and your own healing - anew. Set up single sessions to soothe the body after physical exertion or to nurture a mind-set that is calming and embracing of the present.

• Nosara Airport (small planes - Nature Air or Sansa - fly from San José on a daily basis): 15 minutes to Hotel.
• Liberia Airport (several international flights): 2.5 hrs to Hotel.
• San José (main international airport): 4-5 hrs to Hotel
• The Harmony Hotel can coordinate (*charge to the guest) a transfer from/to the airports if needed.
