Item Description

• Private group tour for up to 10 adults and 10 children led by a professional naturalist through Point Reyes Wilderness

• Local, organic eco-friendly lunch including sandwich, side, fruit and dessert, by Delicious Dish Catering

Example of outing: Begin day meeting at the Environmental Action Committee office in downtown Point Reyes Station to meet the EAC team, and naturalist. Caravan to the Drakes Estero trail head, located in the Point Reyes National Seashore. Hike along the Estero Trail observing, and discussing wildlife. Stop for organic eco-friendly box lunches along the Estero Trail bridge and ecology discussion. Day comes to a close with hike back to the cars, where participants can choose to visit the local shops that Point Reyes Station has to offer, or the Bear Valley Visitors Center.

Menu Samples: During reservation and scheduling, menu options will be provided which are based on seasonal availability.

Sandwich Sample: Chimichurri Steak Sandwich with Grilled Vegetables and Avocado Blackened Chicken Breast with grilled Red Onions and Jack Cheese Goat Cheese, Honey, Roasted Beets, Roasted Red Pepper, Roasted Garlic, Arugula on Raisin Nut Bread

Side Sample: Roasted Corn and Poblano Orzo Salad Provencal Potato Salad with Kalamata Olives , Tomatoes and Green Beans Israeli Couscous with Grilled Vegetables and Dill

Dessert Sample: Assorted Cookies, Brownies, Lemon Coconut Bars, Raspberry Bars, Tiramisu, Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis, Cupcakes, Meyer Lemon Bundt Cake, Gingerbread with Vanilla Whipped Cream, Strawberry Shortcake

Item Special Note

Restrictions:

• Walks are limited to ten adults, and ten children. Best for children aged eight years and older

• Walks must be scheduled a month in advance directly with the EAC office for redemption before August 2013

• Black out dates may apply based on guide and EAC availability

• Should customer cancel within two-weeks of the scheduled event, or reschedule excessively for any reason whatsoever, Customer shall consider prize redeemed to cover costs sustained by Caterer and field guide.
