Item Description
High bidder will receive 5 one-hour personal training sessions with Certified Personal Trainer Bobby Andreasen, Health and Wellness Director at the Tri-Valley YMCA.
Purpose: To build a more powerful golf swing and help solidify the stability, mobility and flexibility needed to add yards and accuracy to your golf swing.
Sessions will include flexibility stretching along with strength training to help strengthen your golf game. All trainings will be held at the Tri-Valley Y and will utilize the following types of equipment to focus on core strength, flexibility and rotational power: TRX Suspension, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Free Weights, Balance Balls and Resistance Tubing.
Sessions must begin by September 2012.
