1) Recipient must provide Award Number when booking reservation.

3) This Award may be used to pay for the expense of one (1) guest room, for the number of nights as shown on the front of this Award. Breakfast for two is included and related taxes ONLY, and not to pay for other food, beverage, parking, non-room related service charges, resort fees, gratuities, other taxes or other incidental expenses of any kind.

4) This Award is valid for a studio or one (1) bedroom room at Residence Inn hotels only. This Award is not valid on Concierge, Club Level or Suite rooms.

5) This Award cannot be used during hotel special events. This Award may not be applied toward convention, catering, group and/or tour programs and cannot be used in conjunction with any other certificate.

6) This Award is redeemable based on general sales availability. Length of stay restrictions may apply.

7) This Award is not redeemable for cash or Marriott GiftCards. NO CHANGE OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN on any unused portion of this Award.

8) This Award is void and will not be honored if sold for cash or other consideration or auctioned on the internet.

9) Any tax liability, including disclosure connected with the receipt or use of this Award is solely the recipient's responsibility.

12) This Award is transferable when gifted.

13) Marriott Reward points cannot be earned with the use of this Award; however points can be earned when incidentals are billed to guest room folio.

15) Any disputes relating in any way to this Award shall be adjudicated in the courts of Maryland, applying Maryland law.

16) This Award is not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Expiration date cannot be modified or extended. Night(s) of stay must occur on or before the Stay Award's expiration date.

Broadway Show: This experience includes a gift card toward the purchase of two orchestra or front mezzanine tickets to a Broadway show from Telecharge.com. Telecharge.com is the official ticketing agency for most of New York City’s Broadway theatres. Theatregoers can purchase Broadway show tickets in advance from the convenience of their home or office with no broker mark-ups. And, they’ll be shopping from the exact same ticket inventory that’s available at the box office. For information about shows currently on Broadway and to order Broadway show tickets, go to:

Broadway show tickets can be purchased from many other sources; however, other sources normally charge broker fees of $30-$50 per ticket which are not included in the value of this package.

The World Comedy Club: This package includes two tickets and two drinks at The World Comedy Club in New York City. Shows are Monday-Thursday at 8:30 and 10:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday nights at 8:30, 10:00 and 11:59 p.m. Reservations must be made in advance by calling The World Comedy Club Box Office at 646-242-6652. Reservations are subject to availability and are not available for holiday, holiday eves or for special events. There is a two beverage minimum per person at this event.

Air Travel: Two American Airlines Flight Certificates are included with this package (option 1); recipients may select an air travel gift card in lieu of these Flight Certificates (option 2) when submitting their Fulfillment Request.

1) Two American Airlines Flight Certificates that may be redeemed for air travel anywhere American Airlines flies within the 48 contiguous United States or Canada. AAdvantage miles may be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these Economy Class Flight Certificates to a higher level of service. These Flight Certificates have a one-year expiration date from the date issued and all ticketing is subject to availability. A minimum 21 day advanced booking is required as well as a destination stay of either 3 consecutive nights or a Friday or Saturday night stay. Flight Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All air travel related taxes, fees and surcharges (if any) are the responsibility of the traveler.

For 2012: Jan 1-2; Feb 17-20; Mar 9-12, 16-18, 23-25; Apr 6-9; May 25-28; Jun 29-Jul 1, Jul 6-8; Nov 16-21, 24-26; Dec 21-24, Dec 28-Jan 2, 2013.

2) Travelers may choose either an $600 American Airlines gift card or a $550.00 American Express gift card toward the cost of round trip airfare including airport taxes, fees and surcharges (if any) up to the total value of the gift card. These gift cards are not subject to any restricted dates of travel and may be used toward the purchase of air travel in any class of service. Credit card points and/or airline miles may be used (for service class upgrades, baggage fees, peak travel periods, etc.) with the gift card according to the terms of those programs. These gift cards never expire, and have no service, maintenance or other fees. Travelers are responsible for air travel costs in excess of the gift card value.
