Each certificate is redeemable for one roundtrip flight on JetBlue Airways-operated flights between any two domestic cities with nonstop or connecting service as published on jetblue.com.

Here are some things you should know
when bidding on JetBlue travel:
VALIDITY
• Travel Certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of issue. Travel must be booked
and completed within the year of validity.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY
• All travel with Travel Certificates is capacity controlled and subject to availability.
• Seats may not be available on all flights, especially during holidays and peak periods.
• It is highly recommend to book flights using Travel Certificates as far in advanced
as possible.
• Certain blackout dates may apply. Call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) for more details.
BOOKING TRAVEL
• Travel Certificates can only be redeemed by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583).
ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS
• Lost Travel Certificate authorization numbers/PINS cannot be replaced.
• Travel Certificate authorization may not be used in connection with
JetBlue Getaways vacation packages or JetBlue Cruises.
• Additional restrictions apply.

Terms and Conditions

Each Travel Certificate is valid for one (1) year, and all travel must be booked and flown within the valid dates
shown on the Travel Certificate. Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all
flights. Certain blackout dates may apply and travel may be capacity controlled. Schedules are subject to change
without notice. Each Travel Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, or
otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from Sponsor. Travel Certificates cannot be sold or
traded on auction websites. Customers are subject and entitled to all provisions of Sponsor’s Contract of Carriage
except denied boarding and Bill of Rights compensation. JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage is posted on JetBlue’s
website at http://www.jetblue.com/p/jetblue/_coc.pdf. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points.
TrueBlue is JetBlue’s loyalty program. Fees, taxes, surcharges and/or service charges are the responsibility of
the customer. Redemption of Travel Certificates at one of JetBlue’s airport service counters or online is not
allowed. Loss of authorization number and PIN cannot be replaced. Travel Certificates may be redeemed only
for travel on flights operated by JetBlue. Not available for use on any partner airlines or in connection with
JetBlue Getaways vacation packages or cruises. Use of Travel Certificates is subject to additional terms and
conditions and other restrictions may apply.
