Item Description
This Balinese kite is handmade and painted in Ubud Bali by traditional Balinese Kite makers, each one is slightly unique in its own way. Enjoy as either a work of art on your wall or swooping through the sky. It is approximately 46" long with a 48" wing span.
Dragon kites are an important element of Balinese life through the generations. These beautiful kites serve as a focal point of social activity and good-natured competition. Bali’s traditional yearly Kite Festival has become an international destination, and during the months of July to September crowds of young boys, hoisting oversized kites, often stop traffic.
Item Special Note
This is a stock photo but very similar to the kite for bidding. Each handpainted dragon has its own character.
