Item Description

One pie per month on the date requested. Type of pie can be chef’s choice or purchasers’ choice.  Some of my specialties are apricot, rhubarb, apple, lemon chess (a southern classic) and pumpkin.  Twelve empanadas, meat or vegetarian can be substituted for a pie in 2 of the 6 months.  Great for a Tuesday night treat, a dinner party, or a Sunday lunch.  My pies are known for their seriously flaky all-butter crusts and all-natural fillings that include delicious seasonal ingredients.

"I particularly love apple pie, and the risk of not being able to stop the mouthwatering, I must tell you about the fabulousness of all Erin's pies. The creations start with the delicate, crumbly, crisp crust perfectly golden. She always uses the freshest ingredients baked to the perfect place where you can taste the fruit, with the right amount of firmness, and not to sweet. Then she tops them off with a cute design on top. Superb!"
