Item Description
The African lions at Knoxville Zoo paint with a flick of their tail, the touch of their whiskers and the swipe of a paw. Joining the lions for the first time in a mixed species painting are the baboons. Lions and baboons created this mixed species work together in honor of their new exhibit "Valley of the Kings" opening this summer. This joint venture features hues of green, coral, and brown. Dimensions approximately 20 by 24 inches on stretched canvas.
Item Special Note
Many Knoxville Zoo animals enjoy painting as a form of enrichment. Painting provides them with stimulation and promotes their physical and psychological wellbeing.
