Item Description
Myra Barovick, retired fashion consultant and lecturer, jewelry designer has now turned her "fabric stash" into fun and funky original purses. I cut the fabric into strips ,about 1/4 inch width and knot them together. I do not work with a pattern or predetermined plan..the purses take on a life of their own. I love color and am very excited about the process and love " the look". I combine yarn, ribbon, lace, and leather ...sometimes I knit , crochet or mix the two . I have a collection of antique buttons and gems and often combine both for an added point of interest as a closure for the purse. This is definitely for the woman who would rather be looked over than overlooked. have fun and enjoy ! myra my-riginal
