Villa La Estancia offers five-star luxury at its hotel-condo complex on the warm sands of Medano Beach—walking distance to the upscale marina district, restaurants and shopping of downtown Cabo San Lucas.
You’ll stay in a privately-owned two bedroom, three bath villa, with stunning views of Lands End and the Sea of Cortez. Villa 1707 or 3708 will be your home during your visit and each villa features secured wired and wireless internet, games, DVDs and even a telephone with unlimited calling to and from the USA (with a USA phone number).
Nearby activities include canyon canopy adventures, 4x4 desert safaris, ATV rentals, horseback riding, scuba diving, snorkeling, sport fishing, world-class golf, whale-watching (January through March), boat cruises and sailing charters.
On-site amenities include concierge and maid service, a business center hospitality room, room service, fitness center, tennis, medical services and twenty-four hour security.
Terms: This package is for 4 nights and the villa sleeps up to 8 people. Holiday periods of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day and the period March 5 through April 16 are excluded. At least one member of the party must be 25 years of age or older. No smoking within the villa. Housekeeping service 4x/week is included, including final housekeeping. Guest agreement and a valid credit card required (for security deposit). Ground transportation is not included in this package unless where specified. Reservations must be complete no later than 12 months after voucher purchase unless otherwise specified. Travel is not included. To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date.
