For a $1 donation to Lucky Horse Equine Rescue, hungry LHER volunteers, Century Mill Stables riders and guests can refuel and enjoy a healthy treat. Demand always surpasses supply and we can’t wait for the next batch to arrive!

 

Now you can experience this scrumptious mix for yourself! Her Sweet Feed Trail Mix is a healthy mix of lightly salted peanuts and cashews, dried cranberries and pineapple, whole-wheat pretzel nuggets, peanut brittle and white chocolate. Specially packaged for the Lucky Horse Equine Auction in a vintage mason jar. Approx. 27 ounces.

Jean is a registered and licensed dietitian (RD, LD) with more than 15 years experience helping people change their eating habits to improve their health and make them feel great. She has a B.S. in Nutritional Science from Cornell University, an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Boston University.  She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).

Educational background and extensive experience has helped Jean develop an effective approach to the difficult task of changing one's eating habits.

Jean is successful because of her ability to make complicated information simple and her emphasis on teaching how to balance good nutrition with today's lifestyles.
