Ida Libby Dengrove (1919 – 2005) Born in Philadelphia, lived in New Jersey and New York. Also known as a courtroom sketch artist. Won two Emmy Awards as courtroom illustrator for NBC-TV, Dengrove was also a fine-art portrait painter. Some of her more infamous subjects were David Berkowitz (“Son of Sam”), Craig S. Crimmins (“Murder-at-the-Met”) and Jean Harris (Scarsdale Diet Dr. Tarnower murder)
