Get a taste of some of Chicago’s most exciting eats at this progressive dinner at each of JBF Award winner Paul Kahan’s acclaimed restaurants. The evening will begin at the Publican with beers and a pre-dinner snack of frites, oysters, and the restaurant’s signature spicy pork rinds. Then it’s on to Avec for a dinner of chef Koren Grieveson’s rustic, Mediterranean-inspired fare, served with wine pairings. To wrap up the perfect meal, you’ll stroll next door to Blackbird and indulge in a decadent dessert in the Michelin-starred dining room. End the evening on the perfect note at the Violet Hour, where you’ll sip on handcrafted cocktails inspired by the pre-Prohibition era in a beautiful salon setting.
