Item Description

Kenny Scharf is an American pop art icon. Kenny Scharf's work has been shown in some of the most prominent museums in the world, including the Guggenheim and Whitney Museums in New York; the Ludwig Museum in Cologne, Germany; the Museu de Arte Moderna, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and the Vincent Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. Scharf was also the first single artist to exhibit at the Salvador Dali Museum, St. Petersburg, Florida.

This artist-customized guitar is a modified version of the Fender® Standard Series Stratocaster®. It has been modified in that it has no pick guard, in order to maximize the artist's canvas. This guitar is one of 60 ever made by Fender® at Fender® Ensenada, the Fender® Mexico manufacturing facility.

Item Special Note

This guitar was painted and clear-coated to create a unique, playable piece of music/art memorabilia. You are bidding on a one-of-a-kind guitar personally decorated and/or autographed by the artist.
